Image 1
This shot is a close-up of a males face, his facial expressions tell us most about this shot, they are very unual he looks crazy. His eyes are both looking to the same side this adds to the craziness and also make it appear as if he is looking for someone. His mouth is tense asif he is eager for whatever he is looking for, he is sweaty this could be for running and searching for what he is so eager for, or from how worked up he is getting thinking about it. As the shot is a close-up it makes all these aspects enhansed, and narrows what the viewer can see so they make more asumputions. The film appears to be a thriller due to how crazy the man looks. We don't see much of the setting, but we do see the males head peeping through which shows us engima as we don't understand why, all making a viewer want to know more.

There are a male and female in this show they appear to see pretty "average", the have a normal apperance and seem to be wearing normal clothing. It's a mid shot you get detail of them but also get a view of the woman holding a knife. The knife is in the center of the shot so draws us in to it, but as we pay more attenion you do see the man holidng food which misleads the audience as the knife could symbolise a horror movie. When you look closer at the male and female there expressions look as if they are having a disagrment but neither look crazy or angry as to want to stab or kill the other. This picture is hard to define which genre it should be, but as there expressions, appreace and setting does not fit a horror/thriller, i think it is most likly a romance as the two people look like a couple.
